Organizational Consultant to executives for over twenty years. Executive coaching, managerial coaching, hiring and selection, team building, strategic planning, conflict resolution, improving communication and customer service.• Assistant Director, Utah State Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health, Salt Lake City, Utah. The State Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health is responsible for assuring compliance with federal and state substance abuse and mental health statutes and regulations. The Division oversaw an annual budget of about $100 million dollars. I supervised a unit of 5 program managers and was a mentor to several others on the management team.
Director of Psychology, Utah State Hospital. Responsibilities included managing a $500,000+ annual budget with 6 full-time staff psychologists and a support person. Accomplishments included hiring and training 3 full-time staff psychologists in a 4 month period of time. Directed the approval of a nationally recognized APA approved Internship program with 3 full-time Interns. Ongoing visioning and support of the Internship program Director. Chaired numerous hospital wide committees.

Responsibilities included running a private business in Organizational Consultation to businesses in the areas of Selection and hiring, team building, executive coaching and visioning and strategic planning. Worked with many companies ranging from Fortune 500 to Utah 100 to small closely held companies.
Pharmacology Research Corporation. Involvement in numerous clinical drug trials including both inpatient and outpatient studies in most DSM categories. Duties included intake evaluation (over 3000 evaluations), neuropsychological assessment, psychological rating, supportive therapy and medication dose evaluation.
